Introduction

Stech PCB manufactures printed circuit boards for engineering and procurement teams who need a partner across the full range -- from standard boards through high-complexity builds -- rather than a different vendor for every board type.

The company has operated for 25+ years, with quality systems audited under ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and IPC Class 2/3. Boards are fabricated at our Shenzhen facility, with a US office in Dallas, TX for local support -- full contact details here.

How We Think

Engineering philosophy

Design Review and DFM Analysis are the first two stages of the manufacturing process, not an afterthought bolted on when a board fails. A file that looks correct on screen still has to survive lamination, drilling and etch -- catching a manufacturability issue before fabrication starts is cheaper for everyone than catching it after.

That review applies the same way whether the board is a five-piece prototype or a production order -- the sequence doesn't change based on quantity.

How We Build

Manufacturing philosophy

Every board moves through the same eight-stage sequence -- design review, DFM analysis, material preparation, fabrication, inspection, testing, quality verification, and packaging -- regardless of order size. Consistency in the process is what makes a 5-piece prototype run and a production order comparable in reliability, not just in the design file they came from.

Ten board technologies live under one roof, from standard boards to high-complexity builds, so a design that needs to move from prototype to a more advanced construction doesn't need to change manufacturers mid-project.

How We Verify

Quality mindset

Quality is checked at multiple points in the process, not once at the end. Automated optical inspection, electrical testing and a final quality verification step each catch a different category of problem -- pattern defects, connectivity faults, and spec deviations respectively.

That process runs under quality management systems audited to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and IPC Class 2/3 -- external, auditable standards rather than an internal-only checklist.
