STECHPrecision PCB Manufacturing

Manufacturing

One controlled process, every order.

The same sequence runs for a five-piece prototype and a full production order -- consistency is what makes the two comparable in reliability, not just in the design file they came from.

The Process

From Design Data to Finished PCB

Eight stages, in order, every time. Scroll to watch a board move through the same sequence engineering uses on every order.

  1. 01

    Design Review

Incoming files and specifications are checked against manufacturability requirements before anything enters production.

  2. 02

    Engineering / DFM Analysis

Design-for-manufacture analysis flags issues -- trace geometry, hole sizing, annular ring -- before fabrication starts, not after.

  3. 03

    Material Preparation

Substrate, copper weight and laminate are selected and prepared to match the design's electrical and thermal requirements.

  4. 04

    PCB Fabrication

Imaging, etching, drilling and plating build the board up layer by layer to the reviewed specification.

  5. 05

    Inspection & Testing

Automated optical inspection and electrical testing check pattern accuracy and continuity before a board moves further down the line.

  6. 06

    Quality Verification

Finished boards are checked against the original specification before they're released to ship.

  7. 07

    Packaging

Boards are packaged to protect against moisture and handling damage in transit.

  8. 08

    Delivery

Completed orders are shipped with documentation matched to what was specified at intake.
