This Privacy Policy applies to Stech PCBA (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and this website. It describes the information we collect when you visit this site, request a quote, or contact us, and how that information is used.

It does not cover information exchanged after a quote is accepted or a purchase order is placed — that stage is governed by the specific commercial agreement between you and Stech PCBA, not this website.

We collect information you provide directly through this site's forms:

• Request a Quote: name, company, work email, phone, country, board type, quantity, layer count, material, project stage, requested delivery date, additional requirements, and an optional design file (Gerbers, BOM, PDF, CAD, or similar).
• Contact form: name, email, company (optional), and your message.
• Direct email: anything you send to sales@stechpcba.com.

We do not collect payment information through this website — there is no checkout or payment flow here. Apart from the security check described below, this site does not use cookies or advertising trackers.

To understand how the site is used and how fast it loads, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, provided by our hosting provider, Vercel. They record anonymous, aggregated data such as the page visited, the referring site, country or region, browser, operating system, device type and page-load performance. They do not use cookies, do not store IP addresses or personal identifiers, and cannot be used to identify you or follow you across other websites.

To protect our quote and contact forms from automated spam, those pages use Vercel BotID, a security check provided by Vercel. When you submit a form, it evaluates technical signals from your browser and the request to tell people apart from automated bots; it is used only for that purpose. We also screen submissions automatically for common spam patterns, and suspected spam may be discarded.

We use the information you submit to:

• Evaluate and respond to quote requests and general inquiries
• Communicate with you about your request, including clarifying questions
• Maintain internal records of business inquiries

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing profiling.

We do not share the information you submit with third parties except where necessary to operate this website and respond to your request — for example, the service providers that host this site, deliver email, or store uploaded files on our behalf. Any such provider is only permitted to use your information to provide that service to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Stech PCBA, our users, or others.

We retain information submitted through this site for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and to keep a record of business inquiries, or as required by law. Retention periods are currently under review; contact us if you'd like a specific record deleted.

Design files larger than 4MB, which are uploaded to secure file storage rather than attached to email, are deleted automatically 90 days after upload.

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, or to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sales@stechpcba.com.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information submitted through this site. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for business use by engineering and procurement professionals. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
